Just finished this about thirty minutes ago. We worked on seated box jumps first.  We sat on an 18” box and jumped onto a 24” box.  We worked it into a 5x2 scheme.  After each jump we added a 45lb plate.  I got up to 5 plates!!
On the strict pullups I worked 10 reps the first set and then broke it down into singles.
 I got 9:24 on the metcon.  I should have gone faster, but I was a little fatigue and got no sleep over the past couple of days. 
All in all it was a good Monday and a good way to remember my fallen comrades!!

No brother.  I live in Germany man and everything closes early so I had to go on base and grab some grub.  I wish I lived in Cali sometimes.  But I am moving back to the East Coast or Texas hopefully soon.

Sunny day here in Germany yesterday. So we decided to do the WOD outside. We did:  

Squat Cleans with Push Press or Thrusters

65lbs for 21 reps
95lbs for 15 reps
115lbs for 9 reps
95lbs for 15 reps
65lbs for 21 reps

I finished all the reps minus the last set of 65lbs. I got 5 reps and couldn’t continue. My pelvis and hips kept cramping from the day before.  I am going to work on mobility and do a light row tomorrow. It was good to work outside, though.

Thanks for the pointers.  Yea, I was thinking the same thing as far as the 1st and second pull.  I knew looking at the video later that the stance was too wide.  I appreciate the feedback.  Next time I will make sure we take some side shots and upload.  Thanks a lot, Brother!!

Our military gym is outfitted with Rouge weights, rowers, barbells, boxes and KBs. Then we have that other useless crap that NO ONE uses.  Our command likes Crossfit, so that is why we got to buy the stuff.  When I retire my garage gym is going to be sweet, though!!
